- Clients must pay a NON-REFUNDABLE security deposit
- Please be sure to book a consultation if you are unsure of anything
- Unfortunately I DO NOT service kids under 9, micro, sista or thinning locs
- Prices listed are starting prices, meaning they may be more than the price listed.
- I do not like to feel RUSHED EVER.
- Please also keep in mind when booking that timings are estimated to my best ability. Many unexpected variables can play a role in timing, please plan your scheduling accordingly.

If u cancel or change ur appointment w/ less than 24 hours notice, ur card will be charged a 50% fee.
Non-cancellations or "NO-SHOWS" will b blocked from all future bookings.
This policy is in place out of respect for me and other clients. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice are difficult to fill. By giving last minute notice or no notice at all, you prevent someone else from being able to schedule into that time slot.
